Deputy Manager - Legal

You are a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager in Contract Management, seeking an opportunity to join a dynamic team in Hyderabad. Your role will involve managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance. You will play a crucial part in assessing legal and commercial impacts, offering insights on business development activities, and ensuring that contracts align with internal policies and client expectations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contract negotiations, drafting various agreements such as NDAs, SOWs, SLAs, and financial documents, and collaborating effectively with global teams to drive successful outcomes. You will be involved in risk management activities, particularly for complex services agreements, cloud services contracts, and consulting agreements. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and handle confidential information with professionalism will be essential for this role.
