The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and prior experience in handling external and internal customer service via multiple channels.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer service operations via phone, email, and social media.Manage data entry, data handling, and reporting tasks efficiently.Support churn management and data management activities.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations.Requirements:Proven experience in external and internal customer service.Proficiency in MS Office and strong data management skills.Ability to communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.Must be a local resident of Pune.Must own a two-wheeler.2 – 5 years of experience in the telecom industry, particularly in Data Management and Churn Management, is preferred.
