Qualification & Experience

· Master’s degree with 55% in Education, Administration, or a related field.

· Min 9 Years of Experience as Assistant Professor with experience in handling examinations OR 5 Years of Administrative experience at the level of Assistant COE.

· Strong organizational and leadership skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Knowledge of examination rules, regulations, and academic systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To organize and administer the examination related functions of the University.
• Make necessary arrangements for conduct of examinations and tests of the university and timely declaration of the results
• Responsible for appointment of Paper Setters, Examiners and Moderators.
• Prepare and announce in advance the calendar of examinations.
• Arranging and monitoring printing of question papers.
• Assessment of the performance of the candidates in the examinations and processing of results, also Responsible for timely publication of results of examinations and other tests
• To take disciplinary action wherever necessary against the candidates, paper setters, examiners, moderators or any other persons connected with examinations and found guilty of malpractices any relation to the examinations.
• Ensuring confidentiality and strict discipline with regards to question paper and results in the COE department.
