Your typical day will involve overseeing operational tasks and ensuring efficient service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Manage work assignments effectively. Drive people management activities within the delivery team. Ensure service delivery quality and cost management. Implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes. Experience in managing service delivery operations. Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management. Hands-on experience in implementing service improvement initiatives. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Intune.
