Job Description

We are hiring a passionate HR professional who has done IT recruitment across all levels, especially Jr staff to Senior talent for the contract and contract to hire recruitment, and has at least 6-8 years of relevant experience, with 2 to 3 years of team handling and team management experience. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle operations and performance management of the mandates and to ensure that quality service standards are always maintained. Allocating and assigning the requirements to the team members according to their abilities, strength, keeping track of performance and productivity. Develop and recommend innovative sourcing strategic ideas and tactics that will contribute to increasing the productivity of the recruiters, and track & maintain day-to-day recruitment activity and performance tracker. Responsible for identifying and sourcing prospective candidates from various sources (including but not limited to Job Boards / Social Media / Head Hunting / Referral Programs. Screening and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. Presenting shortlisted candidates with profile summaries to the client. Follow-up, guide and facilitate the negotiation process when required. Follow up with the candidate transition and on-boarding process. Network and build long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Deliver status updates to candidates and managers to ensure a smooth flow of communications. Ensuring the candidates join on the committed date and completing the joining formalities and BGV if required. Possess excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Should be comfortable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and have excellent email skills. Required experience and skills: 6 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, active and passive sourcing strategic initiatives and branding techniques. Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, offer and onboarding management et.) Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards. Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools. Ability to distribute the workload and motivate employees. A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, and team player Good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills MBA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
