As a candidate for the position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in either technical project management or a customer-facing role. Your background should also include working in an operations role and familiarity with human evaluation or data labeling environments. Ideally, you will have experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, product specialists, or operations managers to drive product and process development. Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as SQL, enabling you to extract insights from datasets and provide recommendations, is highly desirable. You should be able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting and prioritizing tasks as needed. Building consensus and working effectively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders is crucial, underscoring the importance of excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with international teams. In this role within the Platforms and Devices team at Google, you will be part of a group dedicated to improving user experiences across various computing software platforms and first-party devices. The team is focused on researching, designing, and developing technologies that enhance user interactions with computing, creating innovative solutions for users worldwide. Your responsibilities will include owning product data streams, collaborating with subject matter experts to implement evaluations, and collecting data to measure rater accuracy and agreement. Monitoring data quality and operational KPIs will be essential, as you analyze results to drive improvements and address any issues that arise. Working closely with stakeholders, you will prioritize data collection tasks and manage scheduling within the allocated budget. Collaboration with global vendor raters, managers, and trainers will be necessary to identify and resolve gaps or issues in data collection processes. Staying informed about the latest data labeling methodologies, including human rater labeling and machine learning, will enable you to provide valuable recommendations to your cross-functional teammates for application solutions.,
