Job Description

Must-Have Benchmark Skills:

SAP Master Data (Vendor, Customer, GL, Cost Center, etc.)
Data Governance Implementation (Transactional & Master Data)
Data Modeling & Architecture (S/4HANA, ECC)
Data Cataloging, Lineage, and Quality Assessment
Governance Forums & Change Advisory Boards
Migration Experience (ECC to S/4 MDG)

Required Expertise:

9+ years in data governance and SAP master data
Strong understanding of upstream/downstream data impacts
Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
Tools: SAP ERP, JD Edwards, MDG
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

Define and implement data governance policies
Develop data glossary and catalog for SAP master data
Conduct data quality assessments and corrective actions
Collaborate with IT and business units for governance integration
Prepare documentation and lead training sessions
Support migration from ECC to S/4 MDG
