Cafoli Lifecare Pvt. Ltd. a leading Pharmaceuticals company based in Panchkula, Haryana, seeking a passionate and driven Data Entry & Operations Executive to join our Accounts, Operations, and Service departments.

What You'll Do: Tasks and Job Rolls

This pivotal role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to supporting our critical business functions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Expert Data Entry in Excel: Accurately and promptly entering a high volume of data into Excel spreadsheets for various operational, service, and accounting needs.
• Marg Software Operation: Efficiently operating Marg software for Preparing Sales orders, Making Challans, Preparing Invoices, Entering Purchase Invoices, etc.
• Email Management: Handling official correspondence, responding to inquiries, and managing email communications effectively for smooth operations.
• Operational Support: Providing comprehensive support to the Accounts, Operations, and Service departments, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

• Exceptional Excel Proficiency: A verified expert in Microsoft Excel with strong data manipulation, analysis, and reporting skills.
• High Typing Speed & Accuracy: Capable of maintaining a speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy to ensure all computer work is completed promptly.
• Proficiency in Marg Software: Demonstrated experience in operating Marg software is highly desirable.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to draft clear and professional emails.
• Unwavering Work Ethic: A passionate individual dedicated to their tasks, willing to work diligently from 9 AM to 8 PM without excuses.
• Growth Mindset: An ambitious individual who sees no limitations to time or work, and is driven to grow high within the company.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly accurate in all data entry and record-keeping tasks.
