Their distribution network is unparalleled in the industry, allowing them to operate 365 days a year Key Responsibilities: - Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system, including invoices, payments, and journal entries. - Accounts Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts. - Basic Accounting: Perform basic accounting tasks, such as reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close procedures. - Reporting: Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and accounts payable aging reports. - Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
