About the Role

Data Engineer

end-to-end data pipelines

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement
scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
using
Dataflow, Dataproc (PySpark)
, and
Cloud Composer (Airflow)
.
Work with
BigQuery
for
schema design, performance tuning, and SQL optimization
.
Build and maintain
data models
(Star and Snowflake schema) for analytics and reporting.
Develop
Python and SQL-based scripts
for transformations and automation.
Integrate data from diverse sources while ensuring
data quality and governance
.
Collaborate with
data scientists, analysts, and product teams
to deliver business-driven solutions.
Ensure
security, scalability, and compliance
across all data systems.
(Bonus) Utilize
Cloud Functions and Pub/Sub
for event-driven data processing.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience
with GCP-based Data Engineering.
BigQuery expertise
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
ETL/ELT pipeline development
using GCP tools.
Proficiency in
Python
and
SQL
.
Solid understanding of
data modeling and warehouse concepts
.
