Job Description

As a Specialist in Strategic Sales Initiatives based in Kolkata, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by building strong relationships with key distributor organizations. Reporting to the Key Account Management (KAM) Lead, you will work closely with regional teams, Events & Promotions, and Marketing to support and expand our distributor network. This field-based role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales or Sales Analytics and a graduate degree in any discipline. Your primary responsibility as a Key Account Executive will be to serve as the primary contact for key members and distributors, providing on-ground support, enhancing relationships, and working towards achieving sustainable sales growth aligned with the company's objectives. You will be involved in identifying and prioritizing accounts, understanding their specific business needs, and offering tailored support. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans, monitoring performance, and sharing valuable insights to drive success. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with key distributor organizations - Identify and prioritize accounts based on potential and strategic fit - Understand account-specific business needs and provide customized support - Develop and execute action plans in line with company objectives - Monitor performance and satisfaction, sharing actionable insights - Maintain and update key account dashboards and visit logs - Collaborate with the sales team to share successful strategies and insights - Support Planning Training (PT) and develop potential TAB leaders - Ensure timely communication of promotions, incentives, and company updates What We Look For: - Solid background in Sales or Sales Planning - Experience in Key Account Management is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis/reporting - Strong presentation and public speaking skills - Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities - Previous exposure to the MLM industry will be advantageous - Passion for the Health & Wellness sector If you are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and driving results, and if you are located in Kolkata, we invite you to apply and be a part of our purpose-driven and fast-paced environment.
