As a Specialist in Strategic Sales Initiatives based in Kolkata, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by building strong relationships with key distributor organizations. Reporting to the Key Account Management (KAM) Lead, you will work closely with regional teams, Events & Promotions, and Marketing to support and expand our distributor network. This field-based role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales or Sales Analytics and a graduate degree in any discipline. Your primary responsibility as a Key Account Executive will be to serve as the primary contact for key members and distributors, providing on-ground support, enhancing relationships, and working towards achieving sustainable sales growth aligned with the company's objectives. You will be involved in identifying and prioritizing accounts, understanding their specific business needs, and offering tailored support. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing action plans, monitoring performance, and sharing valuable insights to drive success.
