Description
As an RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath and Python at FedEx, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath to automate complex business processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable RPA solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying RPA solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high-quality standards. Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting existing RPA processes, including troubleshooting and issue resolution, will also be part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to create and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications, process flows, and user guides. Working closely with business analysts, project managers, and team members is essential to ensure successful delivery of RPA projects. Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and UiPath will be necessary to provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science and a minimum of 2 years of experience in RPA development with a focus on UiPath. Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components is required, while experience with other RPA tools is a plus. Strong understanding of programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is essential, with familiarity with SQL considered advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze complex processes and workflows, and strong verbal and written communication skills are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, and relevant certifications in UiPath or RPA are highly desirable. Possessing the UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification or equivalent is preferred for this role.
