Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns * Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to senior team members when necessary * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer experience * Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to provide expert guidance to customers * Identify and report trends, providing feedback to improve processes and procedures Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and adaptable attitude * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Male candiate must be preferred...
