Job Description

Answer customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address any concerns or objections they may have.

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service information.

Follow scripts and guidelines to communicate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Record and update customer details, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the system or any other designated software.

Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
