Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Customer Support Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer queries via call, email, or chat.

2. Assist clients in understanding and using ERP software.

3. Troubleshoot basic product-related issues and escalate if needed.

4. Maintain client communication records and feedback in the system.

5. Conduct remote or on-site training during onboarding.

6. Follow up with existing customers for satisfaction and product usage.

Sales Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential customers through market research and field visits.

2. Explain and demonstrate ERP products to prospective clients.

3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Share daily/weekly sales and visit reports with Sale Team Lead.

6. Coordinate with implementation and technical teams post-sales.

Preferred candidate profile

ERP software

polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach

Confident and proactive in field visits

4. Ability to identify new leads and confidently present the companys ERP solution.

Target-oriented mindset

Two-wheeler is mandatory
