Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a professional and courteous manner. Address client concerns, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain accurate records of all client communications in the CRM system. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat promptly and effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders and requests are fulfilled on time. Handle customer complaints with empathy, actively listen, and work to resolve any issues to the customer’s satisfaction. Assist with other operational tasks as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. Help maintain and improve operational processes to increase efficiency.
