What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support to US-based clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through platform features
• Document customer feedback and collaborate with product teams
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores while working in a fast-paced SaaS environment

What We're Looking For

• Fresh Graduate with , or any other graduation (Any Graduate - preferably from BSc Pharma, BSc,Biotech)
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Interest in working with a high-performing team that values growth and collaboration
• Willingness to work night shifts to support US customers
• Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
