Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and the ability to handle client interactions with professionalism and empathy. This role involves supporting US-based clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from US customers. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and providing appropriate solutions. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with US clients. Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage. Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).
