Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive - Telesales, located in Chennai- Thirverkadu. Serve as the frontline liaison between our prospects and internal sales team. You’ll conduct outbound calls from our database, understand client needs, and schedule meetings with the sales executive.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in the use of CRM software and other support tools
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field preferred
