Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Provide accurate product/service information and support. Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer concerns. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. Previous customer service experience is a plus. Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills. Available for Immediate joining
