Position : Customer Support Executive (Freshers) Location : Chennai Experience : Fresher to 1 Year Industry : FMCG / Consumer Goods / Retail Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Telecalling Executive to join our growing FMCG team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sales. Handle inbound customer inquiries effectively and resolve issues. Promote products, schemes, and campaigns to potential and existing customers. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in CRM software. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closure of leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Candidate Requirements Gender : Female Experience : Freshers to 1 year in Telecalling/Customer Support/Sales Support in FMCG or related industry. Education : Graduate in any discipline (preferred). Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus). Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer objections and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Additional Details Working Days : Monday to Saturday Timing : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary slightly) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
