Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner Resolve basic product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and providing solutions Maintain accurate records of interactions and update internal systems (CRM) Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary Provide guidance to customers related to accounting software usage Document and escalate complex queries to senior team members
Completed B.Com final year Comfortable working on both laptop and desktop systems Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic understanding of accounting concepts Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Customer-focused mindset and a problem-solving attitudePreferred Skills: Knowledge of any accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) will be a plus Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environmentWorking Days: Monday to Saturday
