Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Support / Client Servicing professional. The individual will be responsible for handling client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include managing communications with clients, addressing customer concerns, and working closely with the finance department to resolve issues. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of client service and ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Respond to Customer Inquiries
• Resolve Product or Service Issues
• Feedback Collection
• Help develop and maintain FAQs, help articles, and other support documentation.
• Account Management:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to standard.
• Guide new clients through onboarding processes and product training.
• Identify opportunities for expanding client accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams to propose additional services/products.
• Share updates, reports, and performance metrics with clients.
• Conduct regular review meetings.
• Quickly address client concerns or dissatisfaction.
• Provide proactive support to prevent issues before they arise.
• Understand client industries and competitor landscapes.
• Experience in a customer support role is a plus
