Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing exceptional service.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

1-6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of technical support and troubleshooting techniques.
