Customer Success Associate

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹24,000/month + Incentives

Job Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Customer Success Associates to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers via calls, emails, and chats, understanding their needs, and delivering effective support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls
• Assist via emails and live chat for product/service support
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly sales and quality targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates can apply (all streams)
• Fluent English communication (verbal & written) is mandatory
• Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
• Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts
• 6 days working with 1 weekly off
• Female shift timing: between 7 AM – 8 PM
