Customer Services Executive (Voice & Non-Voice Process)

Your primary responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner, responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels such as calls, emails, and chat, as well as resolving product or service issues by understanding customer complaints and offering suitable solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions while striving to meet both individual and team performance targets. To be considered for this role, you should be between 18 to 35 years of age, hold a minimum of a 12th pass certificate or its equivalent (graduates are preferred), possess good communication skills in English and/or the local language(s), and have a basic understanding of MS Office and typing. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position with the possibility of rotational shifts.
