Job Description

Customer Experience & Operations Associate Process and manage online and offline customer orders. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Bill and generate invoices for online orders using the company’s billing system. Coordinate closely with internal departments, courier and logistics partners. Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry, as needed. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely procurement and smooth supply chain operation. Qualifications: Any graduate degree, or a degree in a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Knowledge of CRM software and tools Monday to Saturday 10:30AM TO 7:00PM Salary: 20,000/month Show more Show less
