Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
