Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional client experience from inquiry through post-treatment care. This includes responding to client queries, managing appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

A background in the aesthetics industry—particularly with Botox and dermal fillers—is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Interaction:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate and clear information regarding aesthetic treatments, especially Botox and fillers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

✅ Appointment Management:

• Manage appointment scheduling using our booking system.
• Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience.

✅ Problem Resolution:

• Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team as needed.

✅ Administrative Support:

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records.
• Share insights on client feedback and service improvement opportunities with the team.

Qualifications and Skills

✔️ Previous experience in customer service (experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness is a plus)

✔️ Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

✔️ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

✔️ Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers (preferred but not required)

✔️ Experience with CRM and booking systems

✔️ Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote role
