1. Employee shall be responsible for taking incoming and outgoing calls
2. Employee should be pleasant and active while taking calls 3. Resolve & closed loop with all internally stakeholders ensuring all queries are pertaining to like OD Disbursal, statement, foreclosure, loan application status etc receive internal (Indifi employee) or g (Indifi Toll number) 4. Shall take lead in finding ways to automate things to customer complaints /requests
5. Shall be required to interact with various lenders, query resolution, welcome call & send
welcome kit/ letter pst first disbursal explaining customer all key features.
