Job Title: Customer Service Assistant Location: Mumbai (with some flexibility for remote work) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent communication. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where your contributions will directly impact our customers' experience. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries through whatsapp, email and other communication channels. Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and services. Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue, determining solutions, and following up to ensure resolution. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively. Assist in achieving customer service goals and contribute to sales processes when required. Stay updated on product knowledge to provide expert assistance. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Tally software. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent (higher education is an advantage).
