Excel Herbal is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Adviser to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will play a key role in attending to customers, presenting our herbal products, and driving product sales through excellent service and communication. Key Responsibilities: Attend to customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy Present and explain Excel Herbal products to customers confidently Recommend suitable products based on customer needs Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets Maintain a positive and engaging customer experience Keep records of customer interactions and transactions Support other sales team activities as needed Required Skills & Qualifications: 12th pass or graduate (any stream) Good communication and interpersonal skills Passion for herbal and wellness products Basic computer knowledge is a plus Experience in customer service or sales preferred but not mandatory
