Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth and retention.

2. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs, provide solutions, and resolve issues.

3. Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities and work to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Account Management: Manage and update customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experience.

6. Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products/services and overall customer experience.

English Communication:

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential for this role.

- Ability to craft clear, concise, and professional messages to customers.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management or sales role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building strong relationships
