We are seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused CRM Counselor to manage client relationships and support the admissions process. The role involves using CRM software to track leads, schedule counseling sessions, follow up with prospects, and guide students through the entire admission lifecycle. --- Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to admissions via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Use CRM tools to manage student data, follow-ups, and communication history. Understand the academic goals of students and recommend appropriate courses and institutions. Schedule counseling sessions and ensure timely follow-ups until conversion. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the telecalling team, admission officers, and academic counselors
