Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our Workshop team at Vijayabharathi Automobiles, Tirupati. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements Coordinate with workshop advisors and technicians to ensure timely service delivery Regularly update customers about the status of their vehicles Handle customer queries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently Conduct post-service follow-ups for feedback and satisfaction Maintain strong rapport with repeat customers to ensure long-term loyalty Keep accurate records of service requests, complaints, and resolutions Promote service packages, AMC, and value-added services Collaborate with the service manager and team to enhance overall service experience Candidate Requirements: Qualification: Graduate (Any stream); Diploma/Automobile background preferred Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or workshop front office preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is a plus Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS software preferred) Walk-In Interview Details: Venue: Vijayabharathi Automobiles, Thanapalli cross,near mango market , Tirupati Date & Time: Direct walkins Contact: hr@vijayatata.com Documents to Carry: Resume, ID Proof, Educational & Experience Certificates Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) License/Certification: car driving license (Required) Location: Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8008002186
