Job Description

Job Purpose: To enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring smooth post-sales support, resolving client issues, coordinating with internal teams, and strengthening long-term customer relationships in the South Region. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the South Region. Handle customer queries, service complaints, and escalations efficiently. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to increase customer retention. Visit key customers and project sites regularly for feedback, support, and relationship building. Coordinate with Sales, Service, Logistics, and Technical teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and resolution of issues. Monitor and report customer satisfaction metrics and take necessary actions to improve them. Maintain detailed records of interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company’s CRM software. Provide regular updates to management on customer feedback, regional concerns, and improvement suggestions.
