Customer Relations Executive

Candidates with Automobile/Two Wheeler Industry experience can apply. Proficiency in MALAYALAM language is a must. Job Summary The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for customers across all touchpoints of the vehicle servicing process. This role involves actively managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with service and technical teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up Understand customer concerns and accurately communicate them to the service team Update customers on job status, service progress, and cost estimates Handle customer complaints empathetically and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction Conduct post-service follow-ups and collect feedback to improve service quality Maintain customer records and update the CRM system Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service flow Promote service packages and loyalty programs Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent; diploma in Automotive/Business preferred 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office tools Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
