Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sector-135, Noida, for a Customer Relations Executive. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for maintaining positive client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating effective communication. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, managing client accounts, and maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and communication abilities
• Experience in Client Relations and enhancing Customer Satisfaction
• Proficiency in Customer Service
• Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain calm under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the service industry is advantageous
