We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our hospital team as a Customer Relations Executive - IVF Department Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relations Executive - IVF Department located in Gurugram at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for commercial counselling of IVF procedures and journey, maintaining client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service, and effective communication with patients and their families on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and in-person. Provide accurate information about IVF procedures, appointments, and clinic services. Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and treatment appointments. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care. Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate issues when necessary. Educate patients on clinic policies, financial options, and treatment timelines. Location: Golf Course Road, Sector 55, Gurugram Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation. Basic course in computers is desirable Experience Required: 3-5 Years of experience in IVF department Salary: Best in the industry and as per relevant experience.
