Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive at our Panchkula location. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for maintaining customer relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. The daily tasks include handling customer querries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our products and services. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and conducting follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Client Relations, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with various departments
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools is a plus
