Position: Customer Feedback Executive (Telecaller)

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Real Estate Tele-calling / Customer Handling
Key Responsibilities:
· • Call customers post-visit or post-sale to collect feedback about their experience.
· • Maintain positive and professional communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
· • Accurately note down all client responses and prepare summary reports.
· • Handle queries, resolve minor issues, or escalate as required.
· • Coordinate with CRM and Sales team for resolving client concerns.
· • Maintain follow-up call records and ensure timely communication.
· • Prepare daily/weekly feedback reports and share with management.
Required Skills:
· • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
· • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (spoken English is a must).
· • Prior experience in real estate industry is highly preferred.
· • Good telephone etiquette and polite behavior.
· • Ability to handle feedback with patience and professionalism.
· • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
· • CRM software usage knowledge (preferred).
Eligibility Criteria:
· • Female candidate preferred.
· • Graduate in any stream.
· • 1–2 years of telecalling/customer support experience in real estate or service industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
