Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, cancellations, and returns/exchanges. Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and internal departments to follow up on orders and resolve delivery issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools or ticketing systems. Stay up to date with new product lines, collections, and brand guidelines. Deliver service that reflects the brand’s tone, style, and values.
