Salary : 18k CTC to 20k CTC ( Based upon last drawn , experience as well as communication skills.)

Role & responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, billing, account questions, or technical troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
• Identify and report common customer problems and feedback to management to improve processes and services.
• Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and promotions.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
• Adhere to company data protection and confidentiality policies.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Any undergraduate or graduate can apply.
• Candidates should have fluency in English.
