Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle patient calls, queries & follow-ups. Manage CRM database & update patient records. Collect and resolve patient feedback/complaints. Coordinate with departments for appointment, admission & discharge process. Support patient engagement & retention activities. Generate reports and maintain daily CRM logs. Requirements: Graduate with 1–3 years hospital experience in CRM or front office. Good communication skills (English) Knowledge of CRM/Hospital software. Patient-friendly and service-oriented approach.
