The CRM Assistant will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks include assisting with customer inquiries, maintaining updated customer records, analyzing customer data, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey with Sonigara Homes.QualificationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsHandle recovery, flat possessions, parking allocation, bookings, agreements, etc.Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Strong Sales and Analytical skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAbility to work on-site in PuneBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
