Job Description

Role Overview:

Creative Visual Designer

Design engaging and original visuals for website banners, landing pages, blog content, digital ads, emails, and social campaigns.
Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL•E, Adobe Firefly) to experiment with and generate creative assets that align with our brand voice.
Being a Part of the Marketing team , brainstorm visual campaigns aimed at increasing organic traffic.
Optimize all visuals for
SEO, page speed, accessibility
, and
conversion performance
.
Contribute to A/B tests by designing and adapting visuals based on performance insights.
Ensure consistency in branding, illustration styles, and tone across all touchpoints.
Monitor visual trends in both design and AI content generation to innovate continuously.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 + year of experience in visual, graphic, or web design .
Strong understanding of how design influences
traffic, user engagement, and conversion
.
Solid portfolio showcasing digital marketing materials and website content.
Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and mobile-first design.

Tools & Software Expertise:

Design & Prototyping:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, Canva
AI & Generative Tools:
DALL•E, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, RunwayML (or similar generative AI platforms)
Web & CMS:
WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
Analytics & CRO Tools:
Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, SEMrush
Marketing/SEO:
HubSpot, Ahrefs, basic HTML/CSS knowledge (a plus)
