About the Role

Direct Response Copywriter

You’ll receive hands-on mentorship and work closely with our design, production, and content teams to bring powerful ad ideas to life. If you’re obsessed with performance, messaging, and creativity—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Write

  scroll-stopping ad scripts and static copy

  for e-commerce and D2C brands.
• Collaborate with creators, editors, and designers to bring concepts to execution.
• Analyse ad performance and constantly test new hooks, angles, and creative formats.
• Develop clear creative briefs for internal teams and external creators.
• Use customer research and brand insights to conceptualize winning ad creatives.
• Participate in content production and support on-set direction as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  direct response copywriting

  ,

  performance marketing

  , or

  creative strategy

  .
• Prior work in

  e-commerce or D2C brands

  is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  sales psychology

  and what makes audiences click.
• Ability to craft persuasive, native copy optimized for performance.
• Data-driven mindset – you care about results and performance metrics.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to growth.
