The Role:


We're looking for a hands-on marketing powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of content, social, performance, and storytelling. You will own all marketing handles, shape our brand voice, and drive both organic and paid strategies. This is not just a "run ads" role — we want someone who understands how to build community, trust, and education around real estate and Snaphomz’s mission.


You’ll bring professionalism, cultural awareness, and a trend-savvy mindset to lead everything from Instagram reels and LinkedIn thought pieces to storytelling campaigns and market explainer posts. You’ll also manage our content calendar, own engagement across platforms, and keep Snaphomz at the forefront of what’s happening in U.S. real estate.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage all Snaphomz social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across organic and paid initiatives
  • Stay ahead of trends in real estate, housing market shifts, mortgage news, and community insights—create content that explains, simplifies, and inspires
  • Create and direct performance creative that converts (videos, UGC, carousels, and motion graphics)
  • Write and edit captions, headlines, and hooks that feel fresh, on-brand, and platform-native
  • Craft campaigns and posts that drive thought leadership, education, and storytelling (e.g., “How to price your home in today’s market”, “Seller transparency myths”, “What buyers wish agents told them”)
  • Monitor real estate industry news and tailor content to reflect market conversations (e.g., interest rate changes, buyer sentiment, affordability trends)
  • Collaborate with founders to refine messaging pillars, tone of voice, and user personas
  • Set up and test paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to amplify organic winners
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, saves, shares, ROAS) and iterate


Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, growth marketing, or brand marketing
  • Strong grasp of U.S. real estate culture, platforms (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com), and evolving buyer/seller behaviors
  • Knack for turning dry topics (mortgages, closing timelines, agent commissions) into visually engaging, easy-to-understand, and shareable content
  • High attention to detail, professional polish, and visual consistency
  • Bonus: You’ve built viral Instagram/TikTok content, managed creators, or have agency/real estate marketing experience
  • A self-starter who thrives in zero-to-one environments, builds systems, and isn’t afraid to experiment fast
