​1.​Budgeting & Forecasting:
​•​Prepare detailed budgets for projects or departments.
​•​Forecast future costs based on historical data and market trends.
​2.​Cost Monitoring:
​•​Track actual spending against the budget.
​•​Identify variances and investigate the reasons for over- or under-spending.
​3.​Reporting:
​•​Produce regular cost reports for management.
​•​Recommend corrective actions when needed.
​4.​Cost Analysis:
​•​Analyze cost data to find areas for improvement.
​•​Work with procurement and operations to reduce expenses.
​5.​Project Support:
​•​Support project managers with financial insights.
​•​Ensure financial procedures and policies are followed.
​6.​Internal Controls:
​•​Implement controls to prevent cost overruns and ensure accuracy.
